Your words, in a voice people actually listen to.
Alexander Airworks is Jay Alexander — a voiceover producer who reads the copy your callers hear and the story your company tells, and a mobile DJ who brings the same care to a wedding, a party or a company function.
Voiceover production
The voice on the other end of the line.
Most people meet a business by ear — on hold, in a training video, in the promo that fills a venue. Jay records clean, warm reads built for exactly that: clear enough to be understood on a phone speaker, steady enough to carry a room.

01
Tell me what you need
A call or a note through the form. What it is for, roughly how long the read is, or the date and venue if it is an event.
02
We settle the details
Script, direction, tone, turnaround, load-in time. Jay asks the questions up front so nothing surprises either of us later.
03
Delivered, ready to use
Finished audio in the format you asked for — or a rig set, sound-checked and running before your first guest walks in.

About Jay
One person, one standard, two jobs.
Alexander Airworks is Jay Alexander, working out of Lexington, Kentucky. The business started from a simple idea: the attention that goes into a national-sounding read is the same attention a reception deserves. So he never treated them as two businesses.
On the voiceover side that means a treated booth, a clean chain, and audio delivered ready to drop in — on-hold messages, corporate narration, concert promos. On the DJ side it means showing up early, testing everything twice, and being the calmest person in the room when the schedule slips.
Straight answers, clear timelines, and a phone number that reaches a human being.
Questions people ask first.
Anything else, just call or send a note — Jay answers both.
What do you need from me to get started?+
A script, or a description of what the recording needs to say, plus one sentence about the tone you are after. If there is a deadline, mention it up front.
What format does the finished audio come in?+
Whatever your phone system, editor or platform needs — just say which one and Jay will deliver it ready to drop in.
How fast is a voiceover turned around?+
It depends on the length of the script and how busy the studio is that week. Send it over with your deadline and Jay will tell you honestly whether he can hit it.
How far do you travel for an event?+
Jay is based in Lexington and works across central Kentucky. For anything further out, ask — travel is something he will talk through with you.
Do you take requests during the event?+
Yes, and he will read the room on whether they fit the moment. Send a do-not-play list ahead of time and he will respect it.
What do you need from the venue?+
A power source near the setup area and enough space for the booth. Jay confirms all of that with the venue before the day.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the job — the length of the read, the date, the room and what the event needs. Tell Jay the details and he will send you a clear quote.
How far ahead should I book?+
For a wedding or a corporate function, the sooner the better — popular dates go early. Voiceover work is usually scheduled in a much shorter window.
Can you handle both the voiceover and the DJ work for one event?+
Yes. The promo read for the event and the DJ booth on the night both come from the same person, which is usually simpler for the organiser.
What is the best way to reach you?+
Call or text (859) 494-2328, or send the inquiry form on the contact page — both come straight to Jay.
Let’s make something people remember.
Tell Jay what you need — a read, a date, or both. He’ll come back with a clear answer and a quote.
